My students deserve a space to practice vocational skills every day. They need something that they can own and be proud of and independently operate in all aspects. I am creating a project based learning situation in the classroom. Students will train in all skills retail from ordering supplies, stocking shelves, sorting by expiration date, facing shelves, customer interactions, money management, pricing items, inventory, etc. These are skills that students will be needing for employment purposes and need to be practiced intensely and repeatedly in order to be proficient and employable after graduating. Transitional planning and IEP goals aligned also!

About my class
