In our public elementary school, we are growing and bursting at the seams. There are new schools being built on the island and they are being provided with the latest technology, but our school that has met its Centennial is constantly trying to keep up. Just 2 days ago I attending a training on the Language Arts program that our entire state is going to adopt. With the proper technology, it can be 100% digital where I can assign stories, spelling lists, activities for enrichment and review...This is the direction our world is going. Right now I have 2 iPads for the classroom. (One of them thanks to a previous donorschoose project!) If I could get several more, I could start implementing the program at least in small groups. Absolutely any help is welcome! After 23 years of teaching, I have seen education evolve and it is more challenging all the time. Support from others can make it a little easier!
