I teach at a state chartered school that is considered the only dual-language ASL/English school in the nation. The students at my school are deaf, hard of hearing, or hearing but are in need of sign language because of family circumstances. My students are compassionate, empathetic, and are always willing to help each other. They long for hands on learning experiences and thrive when given challenges that make more successful.

About my class
