My students love hands-on projects and learning. The National Geographic Readers: Seed to Plant and Oh Say Can You Seed?: All About Flowering Plants (Cat in the Hat's Learning Library) will be used as a resource to teach them about the life cycle, and how to take care of living things while growing food and flowers. My students will also learn responsibility and respect for nature and the world they live in. The Little Gardener Tool Set With Garden Tools Bag For Kids Gardening tools and Miracle Grow soil will help create a classroom garden that will engage the different learning styles in my classroom.
