Your altruistic donation will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus while on task, you will ultimately be contributing to the overall academic growth of the child. Reading practice and playing literacy games will vastly grow the children's vocabularies as well as assist with attainment of growth targets set forth in the beginning of the year. Access to iPads in my school are scarce, and they sometimes never make it to the Kindergarten room. These iPads will give the children in my room the extra push to give their best because they will know someone cared about their futures enough to help them when they have never layed eyes on them. I am also hoping that this will foster a more "Concious" and giving classroom community.
