There's an energy as one walks into my classroom. It's a palpable electricity that flows fiercely throughout our space. An excitement flowing with ferocity, it is my twenty-four little people I affectionately call my firsties. They are the nucleus of this space and are eager to learn and grow and go beyond expectations. It is with great love, care, and intention that I plan to fill each minute of their short time I am honored to spend with them. From morning until afternoon as they leave, they take on many vital roles such as detectives, mathematicians, authors, engineers, scientists, philosophers, but their most important role is being a learner.
