As my district is now going to provide Pre-Kindergarten as a Full-Day Program, I would love for my Pre-K'ers to have the opportunity to be engaged in more diverse dramatic play. Through the generosity of funding for this project, my students will get very much needed enhancements and replacements for our Dramatic Play Center, Block Center, Math and Science Centers. Role-playing will improve their ability to self-regulate, build speech/language, help teach conflict resolution with classmates, and support literacy and math. My students show a readiness for STEM learning, through engaging in the block, math and science centers. These items will empower their learning.
