Today is the last day to donate to my project for University High School of the Humanities where we house the only Pre-law program in the City of Newark called the Thurgood Marsahll Law Academy. My students desperately need Chromebook technology to hone their legal research skills. So far, I have been able to acquire 8 donated chromebooks and I have over 107 students. My largest class has 29 students in 1 period. Having chromebooks would make our instructional time so much more valuable. My students cannot afford to buy their own computers as many of them are of low income. Moreover, many of them do not have computers at home. Contributing to this worthy cause will assist these Pre-law students to acquire a tangible skill set to help mold them into formidable students for college and beyond. Your donations will make a difference in student's lives by making needed technology available.
