Our district is an urban district in northern New Jersey. My class is very diverse with many different personalities. We are a public school grades K-8. My kindergarten group this year is so eager to learn. Many have come from pre-schools and have the skills necessary to succeed in kindergarten. They are very chatty and curious. Their most wonderful quality is their eagerness to learn. They are like little sponges, soaking up all of the information they can and I can already see that they are going to do well this year. I am eager to see how they grow and change over the course of the school year.
