Theses materials will enhance our Readers Workshop curriculum and our classroom library. The beanbag chairs will provide my students with comfort while they are independently reading. The easel will help during our read aloud lessons so I can write the skills we are working on. These materials will help foster an enjoyment of reading that will last their whole lives. Having a classroom rug is essential in creating a space for book discussions as well as independent reading. All of these items together will create a classroom library that encourages a love for reading and that students will never want to leave!
