We are an intergenerational school which means a few things: -I teach a multi-age classroom of students ranging from 5 years old to around 8 years old. -We have volunteer reading mentors and tutors in our rooms throughout the day. -We visit a senior citizen site at least monthly to foster intergenerational connections that benefit the students, the seniors, and all other people involved.
