Our agricultural science & technology (AST) program and FFA chapter are great examples of what students today can do with our opportunity. The program boasts over 150 members annually and nearly 140 are dues-paid FFA members. Our students are hard-working kids with great potential but limited options. In a county with greater than 12% unemployment that used to be heavily dependent on natural resources such as timber, technical skills are absolutely necessary for them to be successful in future careers.

About my class
