My SD of Philadelphia ESL middle school students enter the diverse Andrew J. Morrison neighborhood in Philadelphia from around the globe and are learning English for the first time. Due to COVID-19 and online learning, many students lack basic skills in English content vocabulary and grammar. All students qualify for free/reduced lunch prices and come from low-income households. In order for students to reach their full academic potential, they need access to quality curriculum and materials.
