The various books on a variety of cultures will help me make students feel like home and accepted since I have students from different cultures in my class. As a first-year teacher, I tried to purchase as much but it is never enough. My class shares their 1/2 set of Chromebooks but need working headphones to be able to work on their Chromebooks. The pairs of headphones that they were provided are not functional and not all students are able to afford new ones from home. For some of them, this is a very exciting time because they get to learn and at the same time use electronics.
