I am requesting racks to store our classroom guitars. I want to teach the students how to properly care for classroom materials which is a skill they can transfer to other areas of their life. They will have the opportunity to work as a team in cleaning up, storing, and maintaining care for their classroom instrument. "Tell me and I forget Teach me and I remember Involve me and I learn." -Benjamin Franklin Learning how to play the guitar is only part of the process. The students must learn how to care for the guitar as well. This begins by teaching them how to handle the upkeep of the instrument as well as making the music.
