Welcome and thank you for visiting the Donor's Choose page for my classroom. My name is Mrs. Shaquanna Stevens and I 2015 starts by 9th year of teaching 9-12 students. Currently, I am in my fifth year teaching for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School district. I teach high level readers in Honors, a mixture of learners in standard, and students who struggle with reading or writing in a Foundations level course. My goal this year is to use Reading Apprenticeship strategies and create a learning environment where students can flourish. My school is in a more rural area of our community.
