My students are children in the primary grades who have special needs. They spend much of their day in the general education setting learning alongside their typical peers. They come to the resource room for varying amounts of time depending on their needs. My students are just beginning their education. I am helping to foster a love of learning to ensure they will continue to enjoy school and be successful. My students learn best with hands on manipulatives, repetition, and small group instruction. I strive to make each student feel special, loved, and successful!
