Our school is 80% free and reduced lunch. The students in my room do not have access to many ways to extend their learning outside the classroom. As I am a first year teacher, I do not have enough resources to fully support a whole class. My kids are eager to learn and would love to be more hands-on. They enjoy working directly with materials and showing that they can do it, too!
