My students are culturally diverse, however one commonality they have is that they are several grade levels behind in math which makes learning Geometry and Algebra 2 (advanced math concepts) difficult to learn. I have developed and implemented many accommodations in my classroom to assist my students. I will continue to find new strategies, methods, technologies to ease the work we do together in my classroom to meet my goal of making my students stronger thinkers and more creative problem solvers.
