Audio Visual Production and Broadcasting is not something you can easily just read about and understand. It must be manipulated in the hands of creatives who have a desire to share this art with others. Learning a new skill that such as this gives students a growing interest in the basic principles of creation and visual arts. Our next great broadcasters like Dan Rather, Jane Pauly, Diane Sawyer, Anderson Cooper, and many others could be sitting in my classroom, but without the hands-on approach to learning, they may never truly discover their gifts.
