My young group of learners come from Ward 8, Washington D.C. And we are a group of special education high school students. Living where my students do may not be easy for them but when they come to school they come to work and get better! We are looking to add some flexible seating. My unique learners stay in my classroom for more than half the day to get their content. We would like to make the room have more of a family/community feel so students can comfortably learn.
