We are celebrating campus-wide K-8 student engagement in nature-based learning, healthy food production & regenerative farming, pollinator habitat restoration, hands-on NGSS curriculum & projects, and environmental stewardship practices with the revival of our 1/4 acre school farm and development of an outdoor farm classroom! Our students have reported noticeably increased levels of wellness, mindfulness, belonging, focus, appreciation for nature, interest in growing food, and eating fresh vegetables as well as decreased stress, anxiety, and tension after participating in hands-on lessons in our school farm and outdoor learning spaces. Your support provides ongoing opportunities for increased learning, teamwork, leadership, mentorship, connection to and understanding of nature, and a sense of pride and ownership for our students.
