I teach a wonderful group of K-5 multilingual learners who are eager to grow as readers, writers, listeners, and speakers of English. My students come from diverse cultural and language backgrounds, and each one brings unique strengths and experiences to our classroom community. They work hard every day to build their confidence in English while also learning the grade-level content alongside their peers. My classroom is a safe and welcoming space where students are encouraged to take risks, make mistakes, and celebrate progress together. With the right resources, my students can shine even brighter as they develop the language skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.
