My students are extremely kind and wonderful young learners. The students at my school all want to learn, but due to the SES of the surrounding neighborhoods, my students do not have privileges that other students may have at other school locations. Most of the students attend school just for the free breakfast and lunch. These students would greatly benefit from update technology. Our computers are so old and hardly wok. And, unlike many schools, we do not have any up-to-date technology like iPads. iPads would help so much with our ELL popution. Sometimes it's so intimidating for ELL students to speak out. With iPads, students feel safe and successful when learning!!!
