To help address the gaps in learning from over a year of virtual instruction, we use a lot of small group instruction to meet individual student's needs. So often our students spend so much time in one seat throughout the day, with flexible seating it will allow for our students to take charge of their learning by making choices about where they complete their assignments. Our classroom uses stations, it is my hope that this flexible seating will motivate student learning and give my fifth graders ownership in their education.
