At the moment, our female students/athletes are without their own weight room. We are looking to help fund the room itself, new weight machines, and all of the bells and whistles that go along with that. Right now our athletes along with strength and conditioning classes, share a weight room with the males and it is located in the fieldhouse. It's my desire, along with the other coaches of female sports here at Starmount High School, to provide our girls with a place of their own, where they can go and feel confident working out. This weight room will be utilized by our women's volleyball, basketball, tennis, cheerleading, softball, and soccer teams...Along with our women's strength and conditioning classes.
