I have 100 4th and 5th grade scholars who visit my teacher-funded classroom for Science. My goal is to incorporate more hands-on activities so they can see, feel, build, break, and problem solve through scientific and engineering processes. I am always open to guest presenters willing to bring their real-world science and engineering experiences directly to the scholars. I also incorporate mindfulness, goal-setting, and finding your voice into my lesson planning. My five Cs for scientific success are: creativity, communication, cooperation, contribution, and collaboration.
