There's not another school like Lafayette, and for that I am very grateful. Our school building is the oldest functioning school building in the area, and our student population of 2400+ students is beautifully diverse. My students come from hard-working, middle class families. Many of them have dreams of attending college, and many of my anatomy students are hoping to pursue a degree in the medical field when they graduate. My hope is to help guide them along the way to pursuing their educational goals. I begin each year with the same message to my students - "I'm not here to make you love science, but I am here to help you appreciate it."

About my class
