My students are curious, creative, and full of heart. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring their own unique perspectives to our classroom each day. What they all have in common is a desire to feel seen, supported, and capable—and it’s my goal to create a space where that happens. They’re 7th graders, which means they’re learning who they are while navigating some of the most formative years of their lives. They make me laugh daily, surprise me constantly, and remind me why I chose to teach. With the right tools and resources, I know they can do incredible things—and I’m honored to be part of their journey.
