I worker at a school in the city of Rochester, NY. My students come many different, and sometimes difficult backgrounds. Poverty plagues a number of the children causing them to receive free or reduced lunch. Our school also has programs that supply students with food for the weekend, and proper outerwear for the winter. I am lucky enough to be looping to 1st grade with my class. My students are kind, thoughtful, and energized. It is my mission to make our classroom a place where all needs are met, and every student feel like a successful learning. My goal is to add more flexible seating to help accommodate all learning styles. My students and I thank you for helping us make our classroom the best space it can be.
