An art room is meant to be the most vibrant and creative environment in any school building. Traditionally art materials are shared; however, with the COVID-19 pandemic, students will need to have individual supplies to create their masterpieces and maintain the art room’s reputation as being the most imaginatively productive maker-space at school. To ensure this, I would love to provide each of my students with essential art material kits at the beginning of the school year; these supply kits would equip each child with quality art materials – preventing any of their creative desires from being hindered because of health and safety concerns. Also, if my students have personal art supply kits they would be able to continue their creative growth even if distance learning becomes necessary; the kits will be suitable for both in-school and at-home learning.
