I teach science at Ozark Mountain High School in northwestern Arkansas, where three rural communities join together to form one small, close-knit campus. Our students come from hardworking families across three counties, and many face financial challenges. Despite these obstacles, they bring incredible curiosity, energy, and determination to the classroom each day. My students love asking questions, testing ideas, and discovering how science connects to the world around them. Hands-on learning excites them the most, but limited resources often make it difficult to provide those experiences. With the right tools and support, I can help my students explore, experiment, and imagine themselves as future scientists, engineers, and innovators. Your support will bring science to life for them and open doors to opportunities they may not have thought possible.
