I have a beautiful mix of academic excellence and academic hard work in my classroom. Even though their abilities run the gambit, they leave my classroom with newfound respect for hard work and achievement. It's wonderful to see students who have always had good grades, but never really had to work for it before, understand the satisfaction of a job well done. Additionally, it's amazing to see students who have never really achieved anything finally find success as a scholar.
