Help support a Special Education Teacher/Literacy Interventionist merge the arts and academics to captivate the minds of struggling learners. The lack of resources in the classroom continues to widen the achievement gap in underfunded schools residing in low-income communities. The resources I've won over the years were loss due to a home fire/burglary in August of this year; thus, I am rewriting to to bring "BIG" smiles to my students faces when I present creative projects as part of my teaching to make learning fun and progress towards academic growth. Watching and hearing my students cheer when I show them the donations given to us by people who care is heart-warming as well as watching my struggling learners engage into activities is priceless! Thanks for your support!
