The Silhoutte will not only teach students new job skills but also increase their entrepreneurial skills. As part of their curriculum, students are supposed to create and maintain their own school business. This project will help teach them a new skill that will later be transferred into the job market. Students in this program will also be able to show school spirit with the projects that they make and sell as part a classroom business within our OCS (Occupational Course of Study) program. Students should be able to communicate well though this business as well as increase their math skills. This will teach not only skills needed to run the machine but soft skills for jobs in the future.
