I am requesting 4 Fire tablets and cases from Amazon. The students will use the devices while I work with a small group of students on Reading. As a center, students can listen and read comprehension stories and answer questions. This will increase the student's reading abilities. My students love using technology. They are more engaged, which increases their time on task. I can differentiate the comprehension text based on the students need by using the tablets. Many of our school programs begin with an online assessment. Our school goal is to increase technology. Receiving this grant will help our school achieve our goal.
