I chose the Magna-Tiles, Panda Village Block Set, Crazy Shapes Magnetic Building Set, Turn and Learn Magnetic Gears, and Engineer a Coaster Activity Set to help foster exploration and engagement in activities. These activities can also be used to incorporate early learning concepts while playing, including colors, shapes, counting, as well as asking and answering questions related to what the are creating. These activities also allow for creativity and problem solving opportunities. I chose the Mad Matter, Fill It Up Fine Motor Jars, Giant Plastic Lacing Beads, Peg Pictures for Beginners, Squeeze, Scoop, and Count Ice Cream Shop, and Rainbow Stacking Stars to engage my students while working to increase their fine motor skills to prepare them for coloring, cutting, and writing as they get older. These fine motor activities can also be used to incorporate early learning concepts and conversations while working on their fine motor skills. These supplies will add fun, excitement, and engagement in directed and non-directed play.
