My students, as a result of their home lives, unfortunately do not have access to books and therefore don't feel comfortable while reading. By having access to and using various forms of comfortable seating daily, they will regain their love for reading. For students who may not have the best home lives, books are often times the last thing parents think of. Spanish books, especially those who my students can relate to and enjoy, are even more difficult to find. By helping fund my project, you will be able to give my students the ability to relate to various characters in their reading as well as finding comfort while building their reading lives. Please help my students find a love for reading and their Hispanic culture.
