I hope to uplift my students through self-expression and let them know what they make does matter. My focus during whole group instruction and through individual, creativity projects has turned to students learning to make individually motivated artistic decisions by completely understanding the Elements of Art and Principles of Design. Art centers are a very exciting way my teaching for artistic behavior can continue to grow and connect to many different subjects through a variety of artforms for my youngest students K-3rd grade. I hope to expand this to my intermediate school one day by creating a Maker Space at my other classroom as well. Thank you for looking and supporting my students.
