I love being able to share the love of reading paper and ink books with my students, but I would love to do more with them digitally. Currently, the only computers in my library are the circulation stations. Not only can students not utilize our online catalog to find their books, they can't do research or learn coding during their enrichment times. Most libraries in the 21st century have evolved into media centers, but not mine. My students are already at risk due to their socio-economic status -- they need class computers to become good digital citizens and extend their learning beyond the classroom.
