To take our learning to the next level in 5th grade introductory piano class, I would like to have a set of pianos to share in the classroom. This same set will also be shared in lessons for grades 6-8 as well as the students in our after school music program, where I give small group lessons on piano. Donating to this particular project will allow you to have a great impact on our students because they will be so widely used. Using a set of keyboard pianos in class will give our students the platform to hear themselves play, check their work, and engage in more realistic musical training. When we finish our unit, students will learn to play some favorite melodies on the pianos. What an exciting and fun accomplishment to share with our school community!
