As a public educator and a first-generation college graduate, I strive to give my kiddos access to opportunities that I only dreamt of. One of my top goals as a teacher is to help my students become successful readers across ALL genres. It has proven to be a difficult task with limited access to quality literature that reaches an array of reading levels. Acquiring these kindle fires will allow my students to gain access to unlimited readings. How unbelievably cool is that! When students who have the drive and desire, are given the right tools, the possibilities are truly endless. Helping a student become a well-rounded reader has a life long impact that reaches far beyond the four walls of our classroom.
