Students will create domino projects that test force and motion, cause and effect, patience and perseverance. By working with dominoes, students will watch force and motion in action, analyzing cause and effect while creating patterns that will tumble in sequence. This will lead to students creating Rube Goldberg machines in the late spring. My students are excited about this project and their ability to personalize it with their own patterns. They will then test out designs and fall patterns to create a domino effect that uses over 300 dominoes. To supply the class and groups with enough dominoes, we need donations to help supply our project.
