When students can explain their problem solving strategies they become the experts in their own learning. The camera allows the students to become the most effective teacher in the room. Also the students will be able to see exactly what is expected of them in their learning. The document camera will be used in all subject areas. With use of the Elmo document camera, students are given the opportunity to increase their independence as learners and grow together in the classroom environment. This tool will give countless opportunities for my students to become life long learners who are invested in improving their own lives and the world around them.
