My students come to school excited to start each new day. They come through my door with learning disabilities, ADD, and numerous other disorders. They come in financially disadvantaged in a way no student ever should. Despite all of this, though, they come in excited to learn. They come in with passion that can not be described using letters on a keyboard. They accomplish more than any lesson plans can hold. They complete every task I give them even when it seems impossible for them at the moment. They came in on the first day as sprouting buds and are going to leave on the last day producing fruit so plentiful that they will be able to accomplish anything they set their minds to. I am proud and lucky to be their teacher this year.
