We are in West Hollywood, CA. Our school is in its 7th year and we pride ourselves on our diversity and curriculum. Our teachers create the curriculum based on the California State Standards and make it more hands on and meaningful this way. We read literature books in reading groups, we use Everyday Math, and we learn all of the subject areas at LCW. Our classroom has 25 students and we work closely with the other 4th grade class. Some teachers and parents consider us one giant class of 50 students. We are also lucky because we get to loop with our teachers for at least 2 years and this helps us become more of a community and family. At LCW we believe that all students can achieve and that every child can be accepted into a top college and university one day.
