I am asking for your help in acquiring Time for Kids magazines for my students during the 2017-2018 school year. My students thoroughly enjoy reading informative texts that are relevant to current events. In the 21st Century Classroom, we are focused on meeting the Common Core standards, as well as developing resourceful, life skills while engaging in exciting discourse. As we read and discuss these articles, we engage in discourse as well as focus on reading skills such as extracting key details, connecting information to our own lives, asking questions, solving problems and much more. Your help is greatly appreciated!
