Being a small rural school, we are limited in resources and one resource is calculators for High School math. The students want to learn and explore more in the S.T.E.M. fields, but we are very limited due to the amount of technology we currently have. The students in my classes are from low income families, many who receive state aided help in some way, and many of them are unable to afford a graphing calculator to use in school. With this set of 10 calculators to add to the small number my class already has, it opens up projects and assignments students can create and explore for S.T.E.M., and other Math education related topics.
