We read an excerpt from this novel last year in their textbooks. Boy, were they upset that the whole story wasn't there and were so disappointed there was only one copy in the library ,which had been checked out years ago and never returned or replaced. This novel, as well as Bless Me, Ultima, will enrich our classroom library, giving students more choice of reading material to share with their book circles.
