As a teacher, I aim to actively engage students and push them to become self-learners. Traditional paper and pencil methods have their limits. The resources we have access to are outdated and limited. We are a Junior High with over 1200 7th and 8th grade students. Many students have immigrated from different parts of Asia and are eager to learn. My school, on the outskirts of Silicon Valley and with tech as the main industry, has very limited technology. Our two outdated laptop carts can no longer meet the needs of our growing student body.

About my class
